Topic Description:

How do functional and effective teams form? What common role do you find yourself playing in a team? Is conflict good or bad in groups? How do you manage conflict effectively? How does motivation theory play into your personal life and in team dynamics? In this 14 day service learning and adventure travel experience to Laos, students will learn and apply concepts in team dynamics, conflict management, and motivation theory. We will serve the local people of the remote village of Sop Chem, and we will be adventurous - hiking the dense jungle, swimming in waterfalls, boating, exploring Luang Prabang and participating in local traditions.
