Students analyze case studies, examine theoretical perspectives, and research the social costs of elite deviance. Questions addressed in this course include: What is the nature of elite deviance and its consequences for society? What social arrangements contribute to this social problem? How does the unequal distribution of wealth and power in society allow elite deviance?
