How do functional and effective teams form? What is the common role you find yourself playing in a team? Is conflict good or bad in groups? How do you manage conflict effectively? How does spirituality/worldview impact your personality? To what extent does religion shape your approach to team dynamics and conflict? [In May 2019, students will travel to Grace House on the Mountain in St. Paul, VA for a 5 day/4 nights service learning opportunity serving the community of rural Appalachia.]
