Topic Description:

What is machine learning, and how can a program learn? This course attempts to answer these questions by introducing students to what a typical Machine Learning project looks like. We will also consider how to evaluate what has been learnt by our models. Students will go through the process of data collection, data visualization, data cleaning, model selection and fine tuning. The entire course is the development of a single large project conducted individually. At the end of the course, each student would have trained a model that works on real world data provided by the scikit learn library
